Refund policy

Note : All returns are refunded via store credit . All items listed as SALE items  cannot be returned for store credit.

  • You must notify the store of  the issue with your order and the intent to return the items . Once we recieve your request to  return your items we will forward the correct return address to complete the return.
  • please note all items must be returned  within 7 days of receiving the order .
  • Items must be unworn ,unwashed, have its original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains ,makeup, deodorant or wear.
  • RETURNS are processed within 14 business days after your item has been received.
  • We do not provide pre paid shipping labels. You alone are responsible for covering the cost of the return.
  • Defective items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please send all return requests along with your order number to Mgmt@shopstashhouseboutique.com
Lost or Stolen Packages

Stash House Boutique (SHB) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SHB will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
